The Schneider ATS22D32S6 is an Altistart 22 motor soft starter rated for a nominal operational current of 32 A and designed for three-phase supply voltages from 230 V up to 600 V. Depending on supply voltage, the unit covers motors from 7.5 kW at 230 V up to 18.5 kW at 500 V (typical ratings: 7.5 kW @230 V; 15 kW @400–440 V; 18.5 kW @500 V). The ATS22D32S6 uses torque-controlled starting (current-limited to 3.5 × In) to provide a smooth, controlled ramp that limits inrush and mechanical stress—making it well suited to pumps, fans, compressors and light conveyor applications where reduced starting torque and controlled current are required. This model includes an internal bypass function to reduce power dissipation during run and support energy-efficient operation. Factory default current and protection settings are provided for quick commissioning, while discrete relay outputs and standard control-voltage inputs support straightforward integration into typical industrial control panels.
