- Description
The Schneider Electric LC1D80D7 is a TeSys Deca 3-pole (3NO) contactor rated 80 A AC-3 at up to 440 V, built for 37 kW motors at 400 V. It runs on a 42 V 50/60 Hz AC coil for reduced-voltage control circuits, and the 85 mm power frame terminates on a connector accepting 4-50 mm2 conductors instead of the smaller EverLink terminals of lower-current models.

Selection Notes
Moving to the 85 mm frame at 80 A AC-3, the LC1D80D7 handles 37 kW motors at 400 V with a 1100 A breaking capacity, and its 1000 V-rated insulation extends the AC-1 rating to 125 A on higher-voltage resistive circuits. The 42 V coil keeps control wiring at reduced voltage; the 95 A LC1D D7 sibling shares the same coil technology for the next current step up in the same frame.
