The Schneider Electric ATV310HU40N4E is an Easy Altivar 310 variable speed drive rated 4 kW (5 hp) heavy duty and 5.5 kW (7.5 hp) normal duty for simple asynchronous-motor machines. It runs from a 380-460 V three-phase supply, delivers 9.5 A continuous output current in heavy duty, and carries an IP20 enclosure with built-in Modbus RTU communication over RJ45.

At 9.5 A continuous heavy duty and 12.1 A normal duty, the ATV310HU40N4E shares its 184 x 140 x 151 mm body and terminal block with the HU30 power step but pulls more line current (13.7 A at 380 V), so panel wiring and upstream breaker sizing should follow this SKU's own line-current row, not a lower frame's. Use the normal-duty setting for fan and pump loads to draw on the 12.1 A continuous rating; use heavy duty for constant-torque conveyors and mixers.
