Selection Notes
Pick this pure-lead 2.5 Ah module over the standard 3.2 Ah lead-acid module when ambient temperature swings beyond the -15...+50 degC range that standard lead-acid cells tolerate, since pure lead extends operation down to -40 degC and up to +60 degC. Its 5 A maximum charging current is also higher than the standard modules', which shortens recharge time after a discharge event. The typical service life reaches 10 years at 20 degC versus 4 years for the standard lead-acid modules, though it still falls to about 1 year at 60 degC, so replacement planning should follow the actual site temperature.
