- Description
Rated 12 A AC-3 at up to 440 V, the Schneider Electric LC1D12V7 is a TeSys Deca 3-pole (3NO) contactor that switches 5.5 kW motors at 400 V. It takes a 400 V 50/60 Hz AC coil, which lets it connect directly to a three-phase supply line without a separate control transformer, and ships with 1NO+1NC mirror-certified auxiliary contacts.

Selection Notes
The 400 V AC coil on the LC1D12V7 suits panels that run their control circuit straight off a three-phase 400 V feeder, avoiding a step-down control transformer entirely. Inrush draws 70 VA at pickup before settling to a lower holding value, so size any shared control transformer for the inrush figure if several contactors close together. For lower control voltages in the same frame, the 24 V and 230 V AC LC1D coil variants apply.
