- Description
The Siemens PS 60W 120/230V AC/DC (6ES7507-0RA00-0AB0) is a SIMATIC S7-1500 system power supply that feeds the backplane bus with 60 W, accepting 120 V or 230 V AC or DC input across an 85-264 V AC / 88-300 V DC range. It buffers a 20 ms mains failure and operates from -25 to 60 degrees C.

Selection Notes
This PS 60W model accepts both AC (85-264 V) and DC (88-300 V) input on the same terminals, so it covers 120 V and 230 V mains without a separate order for DC-only sites. The 60 W backplane bus infeed sizes the rack - total current draw of the CPU plus I/O modules must stay within that 60 W budget when planning a station. A 20 ms mains-failure buffering time rides through momentary supply dips without triggering a CPU restart.
Applications
Used as the primary rack supply for SIMATIC S7-1500 stations running on 120 V or 230 V AC mains, or DC-fed installations up to 300 V, where a wide input range removes the need for external step-down conversion.
