- Description
The Schneider Electric LZ1H2X4BD is a TeSys Hybrid ultra-compact direct-on-line starter that combines a hybrid power contactor with class 10A thermal overload protection in a 22.5 mm wide housing, for 3-phase motors up to 0.75 kW at 400 V. The dial-adjustable thermal range runs 0.18-2.4 A, and the unit is powered by a 24 V DC control circuit.

Selection Notes
The LZ1H2X4BD gives one direction of rotation only; choose the LZ2H2X4BD if the application needs forward/reverse control on the same motor. Unlike a separate contactor-plus-overload-relay build, the hybrid power contacts and thermal protection ship in a single 22.5 mm block, which cuts panel width on machines with many small motor outputs. Where a Safe Torque Off function is required for the safety chain, step up to the LZ7H2X4BD instead of adding an external safety relay.
