This pre-wired assembly delivers 25 kW at 400 V in delta connection by sequencing three LC1D contactors through a 1-30 s adjustable time-delay block, which limits inrush current during the star-to-delta transition compared with switching a single contactor direct-on-line. The mechanical interlock keeps the line and delta contactors from closing together even if the control logic fails. Schneider ships this starter without a thermal overload relay — add one sized to the motor's full-load current before commissioning.
