YU identifies an undervoltage release, which trips the breaker when the monitored supply drops below its pickup threshold - the opposite function to a shunt trip (YO) accessory. This variant's dual AC/DC coil (220...240 V AC or 220...250 V DC) suits control circuits fed from either a transformer or a battery/DC bus. It fits the withdrawable (W) XT5 frame only; the fixed/plug-in frame needs the F/P part instead.
