- Description
The ABB 1SDA100529R1 is a Tmax XT5H 630 moulded case circuit breaker with an Ekip Dip LS/I electronic release, rated In 630 A across four poles with front terminals. Short-circuit performance class H delivers a 70 kA breaking capacity at 415 V AC, and the LS/I electronic trip unit combines overload (L), short-time delay (S) and instantaneous (I) protection in one adjustable release.

Selection Notes
Stepping up from the 400 A sibling, the 1SDA100529R1 carries the same Ekip Dip LS/I electronic release and H performance class but a higher 6 kA short-time withstand (Icw) to match its larger 630 A frame. At 690 V AC the service breaking capacity (Ics) drops to 30 kA against a 40 kA ultimate rating (Icu), so downstream coordination studies at that voltage should use the lower Ics figure. The electronic LS/I release gives adjustable long-time, short-time and instantaneous settings that the fixed TMA version of this frame does not offer.
