Selection Notes

This single-feed 230 V AC variant covers a cabinet run on standard mains rather than 24 V DC, drawing only 0.6 A at 230 V for the same 24 W rated power loss as the DC-fed 2AR2. Its -25 to +60 °C operating range is narrower on the cold side than the DC variant's -40 °C floor, a consequence of the AC power supply design, so confirm ambient temperature before specifying it for an unheated outdoor enclosure. Choose the 4AR2 sibling instead when the rack needs a second, redundant 230 V feed for supply-side fault tolerance; choose the 2AR2 or 8GS00-2AR2 when 24 V DC distribution is already in place.
