The Siemens SCALANCE XR302-32 (6GK5334-5TS00-4AR3) is a managed Layer 2 industrial Ethernet switch with 2 multi-gigabit RJ45 ports, 24 SFP and 8 SFP+ slots in a 19-inch rack housing, built for redundant power. Two independent AC/DC-rated inputs back each other up for continuous operation on PROFINET IO networks with an integrated redundancy manager.

Selection Notes

This variant adds a second, independent power input to the single-supply 3AR3 base model, so a power feed failure on one input does not drop the switch. With 24 SFP and 8 SFP+ slots against only 2 RJ45 ports, it stays a fiber-dominant switch aimed at backbone aggregation rather than copper field wiring, matching the port mix of its 3AR3 sibling.
