Schneider Electric DF221 TeSys DF Fuse Holder 1P 100 A 22x58 mm 690 V Fuse Holder

The Schneider Electric DF221 is a single-pole TeSys DF fuse carrier rated 100 A at 690 V AC/DC, sized for 22x58 mm fuse links up to 100 A gG or 125 A aM. Screw terminals take 2.5-35 mm² conductors, the carrier clips onto 35 mm DIN rail in a 35 mm wide housing, and short-circuit withstand reaches 120 kA at 400 V and 80 kA at 690 V.

Move up to the DF221 once a single-pole feeder needs more than the 50 A ceiling of the 14x51 mm carriers; the 22x58 mm fuse body supports a 100 A gG link for continuous loads or a 125 A aM link where a motor-type inrush needs more margin before the fuse clears. Screw terminals rated for 2.5-35 mm² conductors match the heavier cable this current level requires. The 120 kA withstand at 400 V keeps the carrier coordinated with upstream protection even on stiff supplies.
