- Description
The Siemens 6EP3437-7SB00-3AX0 SITOP PSU6200 is a stabilized power supply that converts 400-500 V 3-phase AC input into a regulated 24 V DC output rated at 40 A. Output voltage is adjustable from 24 to 28 V via potentiometer, control precision holds within 0.2% on input fluctuation, and a diagnostic interface with electronic NO contact reports DC-OK status for supervisory monitoring.

Selection Notes
The 24-28 V adjustable output and up to 48 A short-term rating below 45 °C give headroom over the 40 A nameplate rating for inrush-heavy loads such as contactor banks or multiple simultaneous PLC power-ups, without over-specifying a larger unit. The unit accepts either 400-500 V 3-phase AC or 500-550 V DC input, so it covers either an AC distribution board or a DC bus without a separate model. Two units can be paralleled via DIP switch for redundancy or added output current, which is the upgrade path instead of moving to a single higher-current supply.
Applications
Sized for machine-level 24 V DC distribution on installations with 400-500 V 3-phase mains, driving PLC racks, I/O stations, and multiple 24 V field devices from one central supply with diagnostic feedback to the control system.
