Selection Notes

The 16 ms buffering time and 45 A inrush rating let the PSU100D ride through short mains dips without dropping the 12 V rail, and the potentiometer-adjustable output (10.8-13.2 V) allows compensating for cable voltage drop on longer runs to the load. Choose this 3 A rating over the lighter PSU100D variants when the connected load's steady-state current stays under 3 A; the electronic short-circuit protection auto-restarts once the fault clears, so no manual reset is needed after a transient short.
