The Schneider Electric VZN05 is an add-on auxiliary contact module for TeSys Mini-VARIO switch-disconnectors, fitting on one side of a VN12 or VN20 switch body. It carries a single late-make NO contact rated AC-15 to 690 V and DC-01 to 250 V, for remote signalling of switch position.

Selection Notes

The late-make timing means the VZN05 contact closes only after the main poles have fully made, so it is the correct choice for a run-confirmation or interlock signal rather than a pre-close warning. For an early-break NC contact instead — useful for a fault or disconnect-warning circuit — use the VZN06 on the same VN12/VN20 body.
