The Schneider Electric LAD4RCE is a TeSys Deca RC suppressor module for 24-48 V AC control circuits, clip-mounted on the side of LC1D09-D38 3-pole and LC1DT20-DT40 4-pole contactors, and also fits CAD control relays. It limits the coil-switching transient voltage to 3 Uc maximum without changing the overall contactor size.

The LAD4RCE covers 24-48 V AC coils on the smaller LC1D09-D38/LC1DT20-DT40 frame and CAD control relays; for 110-250 V AC coils on the same compatibility range, use the LAD4RCU instead. Side mounting in the contactor's cavity, rather than the front-clip LAD4RC3E/U parts for the larger LC1D40A-D80A frame, keeps the unit out of the way of the operating handle.
