Selection Notes

PM240-2 without filter means an external EMC or output filter must be added if long motor cable runs or strict EMC class compliance are required — factor that into the bill of materials. The built-in braking chopper allows a braking resistor to be connected directly without a separate braking unit, useful for cranes, centrifuges, or other applications with regenerative loads.
