- Description
The Schneider Electric BCH18MR3013CF6C is Schneider's largest Easy Lexium 18 BCH18 servo motor, a 3 kW unit on a 180 mm flange rated for 19.1 N·m continuous stall torque at 1500 rpm nominal speed and 3000 rpm maximum mechanical speed. A 23-bit optic multi-turn encoder and a 40 N·m holding brake come standard, and the motor draws up to 54.6 A maximum permanent current from its LXM18 drive pairing.

Selection Notes
The BCH18MR3013CF6C is the only Easy Lexium 18 motor in the 180 mm M180 frame, built for applications that exceed what the M130 line's 2 kW ceiling can deliver — its 19.1 N·m continuous stall torque at 1500 rpm nominal speed is roughly double the largest M130 motor's rating. The 40 N·m holding brake and 23-bit optic multi-turn encoder come standard at this frame size, and the 35 mm shaft (versus 22 mm on M130 motors) is sized for the higher torque the larger stator delivers. At 54.6 A maximum permanent current and 22.45 kg net weight, both the drive sizing and the mechanical mounting need to account for a substantially larger motor than the rest of the BCH18 line.
