- Description
The Schneider Electric LXM16DU15M2X is a Lexium 16D compact servo drive rated for 1.5 kW continuous power at 220 V single-phase supply, delivering 8.3 A continuous output current with a 30 A / 3 s peak rating. It drives a BCH16 130 mm servo motor through a CN2 encoder feedback connector and switches at 8 kHz, with 6 programmable digital inputs, 2 pulse-train inputs, and a Mini-B USB port for Modbus Serial line communication.

Selection Notes
At 1.5 kW / 8.3 A continuous, the LXM16DU15M2X is the higher-power step in the LXM16D single-phase line, matched specifically to the BCH16 130 mm motor rather than the smaller 100 mm frame. Line current rises to 14.4 A at 220 V, so supply wiring and upstream protection should be sized to that figure, not to the continuous output current. As with the rest of the range, the 30 A / 3 s peak is a short overload rating only; continuous-duty cycles must stay within the 8.3 A output rating.
