What is the difference between ATS22 and ATS480?

ATS22 is the earlier general-purpose range. ATS480 is a newer Altivar starter with more setup options and built-in communication.

Can I replace an ATS01 with an ATS22?

The fit depends on current rating, voltage and wiring. Compare nameplate data first, then confirm the mounting and control terminals.
