Selection Notes
The 10 A rated output, derated 4%/K above 60C, sizes this unit for a mid-size DIN-rail panel -- SIMATIC PLCs plus several ET 200SP I/O stations, or a bank of contactors -- where a smaller 5 A SITOP model would run at its limit. Two PSU4200 units can be paralleled to add current capacity when a panel's load grows past 10 A without stepping up to the next frame size. Auto-range input (100-240 V AC) means the same part number works on both 120 V and 230 V mains without a jumper or switch setting.
Applications
DIN-rail 24 V DC bus supply for SIMATIC PLC and I/O panels, control-cabinet power distribution, and powering contactors, relays, and sensors in industrial control panels.
