Selection Notes

This CPU runs the standard user program only, with no F-block support, so choose the 1516pro F-2 PN instead when the ET 200pro station carries safety-rated I/O. Against the smaller 1513pro-2 PN, it steps program memory up to 2 MB and data memory to 7.5 MB and doubles the maximum connectable IO devices to 256, which is the deciding factor once a project's block count or distributed-station count outgrows the smaller CPU. The IP65/67 housing and connection-module mounting keep this CPU in the field next to the ET 200pro I/O.
