The Siemens 6ES7922-5BD20-0AB0 is a pre-wired 40-pole front connector for SIMATIC S7-1500 digital I/O modules, fitted with 20 individually numbered H05V-K single cores at a 3.2 m length. It plugs onto the module in place of the standard front connector, screw-terminal version, rated 24 V DC (30 V DC maximum) with 1.5 A maximum continuous current per core.

Selection Notes

With 20 of the connector's 40 poles wired, this version matches digital I/O modules with half-channel density instead of paying for a fully wired 40-core connector. Screw-terminal H05V-K cores can be re-landed if the terminal-strip assignment changes after commissioning. At 3.2 m the harness reaches further than the 2.5 m variant, useful when the marshalling cabinet is not adjacent to the S7-1500 rack.
