The Siemens 6ES7922-4BF00-0UD0 is a pre-wired 48-pole front connector for SIMATIC S7-400 digital I/O modules, fitted with 46 individually numbered UL/CSA-rated single cores (AWG 20) at a 5.0 m length. It plugs onto the module in place of the standard front connector, screw-terminal version, rated 24 V DC (30 V DC maximum) with 1 A maximum continuous current per core.

This UL/CSA-rated version suits panels built to North American practice, where the wire's AWM Style 1007/1569 FT2 TR64 rating is required instead of European H05V-K cores. Screw terminals let the 46 numbered cores be re-landed if the channel assignment changes after commissioning. At 5.0 m the harness reaches a marshalling cabinet placed further from the S7-400 rack than the 3.2 m variant.
