The Schneider Electric GZ1LE20 is an Easy TeSys Power magnetic motor circuit breaker rated 18 A with push-button control, protecting 3-phase motors up to 7.5 kW at 400 V AC. It delivers a 10 kA breaking capacity (Icu) at 400/415 V and trips magnetically at 223 A, conforming to IEC 60947-2 and IEC 60947-4-1. Rated operational voltage is 690 V AC, and it is suitable for isolation per IEC 60947-1.

Selection Notes

The 18 A setting covers motors up to 7.5 kW at 400 V, one step above the 14 A GZ1LE16 and below the 25 A GZ1LE22 in the same frame. Protection is magnetic only, with the 223 A trip point fixed to the 18 A rating, so add a separate thermal overload relay for full motor protection. Push-button control and screw-clamp terminals keep the assembly compact on 35 mm DIN rail.
