- Description
CA2KN22E7 is Schneider Electric's TeSys K control relay in a 2NO+2NC arrangement, built around a 48 V AC coil and rated 10 A Ith for operation up to 690 V. It is rated for AC-15/DC-13 duty, used to control and duplicate pilot signals in motor control and interlocking circuits, and connects via screw clamp terminals on DIN rail or a mounting plate.

Selection Notes
Choose the 2NO+2NC version when the application needs an equal number of make and break signals, useful for interlocking circuits that must mirror a command and its complement. The 48 V AC coil variant fits control circuits already wired at that voltage, so the contactor coil can be driven directly without an additional transformer tap. The AC coil pulls in within 10–20 ms and draws 30 VA at inrush, dropping to 4.5 VA hold-in, which is the standard figure to size a shared control transformer against when several of these relays switch together.
