The Siemens SCALANCE XR302-32 (6GK5334-5TS00-2AR3) is a managed Layer 2 industrial Ethernet switch with 2 multi-gigabit RJ45 ports, 24 SFP and 8 SFP+ slots, and a 24V AC/DC power input in a 19-inch rack housing. An integrated redundancy manager supports ring redundancy on PROFINET IO networks with up to 2048 VLANs.

With 24 SFP and 8 SFP+ slots against only 2 RJ45 ports, this switch is built for fiber-dominant backbones rather than copper field wiring, the opposite emphasis of the RJ45-heavy XR322-12 family. The 24V AC/DC power input and -40 to +55 degrees C rating suit cabinets running on 24V control voltage without a separate AC-DC converter. Choose the AC-mains sibling variants in this family for sites standardized on 110-240V supply instead.
