The Siemens SCALANCE XR322-12 (6GK5334-3TS00-3AR3) is a managed Layer 2 industrial Ethernet switch in a 19-inch rack housing with 22 RJ45 ports, 4 SFP and 8 SFP+ slots, and an integrated redundancy manager for ring topologies. It runs on a single AC or DC power input and supports PROFINET IO device operation with up to 257 VLANs.

This variant carries a single power input rated for 100-250V DC or 110-240V AC; the 4AR3 sibling in this family adds a second, independent input for power-supply redundancy. Pick the single-supply XR322-12 when the site already has a redundant AC/DC feed upstream and the switch itself does not need dual PSUs. With 22 RJ45 ports against 12 fiber-side SFP/SFP+ slots, it fits copper-heavy field topologies better than the SFP-dense XR302-32 alternative, which is built for fiber-backbone aggregation.
