The Siemens SCALANCE XR322-12 (6GK5334-3TS00-2AR3) is a 19-inch rack-mount managed Layer 2 Ethernet switch with 24 RJ45 ports up to 10 Gbit/s, 4 SFP ports, and 8 SFP+ ports, built as a PROFINET IO device with an integrated redundancy manager. It runs on a 24 V DC supply (19.2-31.2 V range) with redundant terminal-block inputs, and operates fanless from -40 to +70 degrees C at altitudes up to 4000 m.

Selection Notes

The XR322-12 trades some copper density for fiber flexibility versus the XR326-8: it drops to 22 fixed 10/100/1000 RJ45 ports but adds 4 dedicated SFP ports (100/1000 Mbps) alongside the 8 SFP+ cages, giving 12 combined optical slots. Choose it over the XR326-8 when the cabinet needs more fiber uplinks at mixed speeds rather than maximum copper port count; the 24 V DC input, redundancy manager, and PROFINET conformity class B match the XR326-8's 24V DC variant.
