- Description
The Schneider Electric LV481443 FuPacT GSD400 is a 3-pole switch disconnector fuse rated 400 A at up to 690 V AC, built for front or right-side handle control. It takes DIN NH2 fuses and protects distribution circuits in buildings, infrastructure and industrial plants against short-circuits and overloads, with a 50 kA breaking capacity with fuses at 415 V and 690 V.

Selection Notes
The GSD400 steps up to a DIN NH2 fuse carrier, above the NH1-based GSD250, for circuits rated above 250 A up to 400 A. Its 50 kA breaking capacity with fuses is lower than the smaller frames' 80 kA at 415 V, but is now constant across both 415 V and 690 V rather than dropping at the higher voltage. Only AC-22A/AC-22B utilisation categories are rated at this frame, so check the application is a switching duty rather than a frequent-operation AC-23 motor-type load before specifying it.
