Schneider Electric DF81 TeSys DF Fuse Holder 1P 25 A 8.5x31.5 mm 400 V Fuse Holder

The Schneider Electric DF81 is a single-pole TeSys DF fuse carrier rated 25 A at 400 V AC (500 V insulation voltage), built for the compact 8.5x31.5 mm aM or gG fuse link. Screw-clamp terminals take 1-16 mm² conductors, the carrier clips onto 35 mm DIN rail in a 17.5 mm wide housing, and the toggle is padlockable without extra accessories. Short-circuit withstand is 20 kA at 400 V.

Selection Notes

Choose the DF81 for the smallest single-pole control circuits on the DF8 platform, where the 8.5x31.5 mm fuse size and 400 V rating are enough and the panel does not need the 690 V, UL-recognized coverage of the larger DF10 carriers. Its 17.5 mm width matches the DF10 footprint so mixed fuse sizes can still sit on the same DIN rail run. The padlockable toggle gives the same lockout-tagout capability as the rest of the range at 25 A.
