Selection Notes
The 6EP3446-8SB00-0AY0 is the 48 V/10 A member of the compact PSU8200 family, aimed at panels that need a 48 V DC rail (telecom-style relay and contactor circuits) without the PROFINET diagnostics of the PSU8600 line. Its 70 x 125 x 125 mm housing is smaller than the equivalent-output PSU6200 3AC unit, trading the diagnostic electronic contact for a simpler relay-based 48 V OK signal. Choose the 36 V/13 A PSU8200 sibling instead when the downstream circuit runs on a 36 V rail rather than 48 V; both share the same input range, enclosure family, and mounting method, so swapping between them does not change the cabinet layout.
