Selection Notes

The 400-500 V AC/500-550 V DC input rating lets this supply connect directly to a 3-phase drive DC-link bus as well as standard 3-phase mains, which single-phase SITOP models can't do. SEMI F47 compliance (voltage-sag ride-through) is specific to this variant and matters for semiconductor-fab-adjacent installations with a defined dip-immunity requirement. The 150% overload capability for up to 5 s/min covers momentary inrush loads - contactor coils, solenoid banks - without oversizing the base 5 A rating.

Applications

Fits control cabinets fed from 3-phase 400-500 V distribution or a drive DC-link, supplying 24 V DC logic and I/O power where SEMI F47 ride-through or marine classification (ABS/DNV) is a project requirement.
