Selection Notes

The 21 ... 29 V input range and adjustable 21 ... 25 V buffer-connection threshold let this module be tuned to the actual sag characteristics of the 24 V bus it protects, instead of triggering on every minor dip. Buffering time is set from 0.5 to 20 minutes by rotary switch or software, so the module can be configured for a brief ride-through on a UPS-backed line or a longer bridge on an unprotected feed. Because the battery, charger and PROFINET interface are integrated in one DIN-rail unit, it fits panels that need 24 V bus protection with remote status reporting but do not already run a SITOP PSU8600 rack.
