The Schneider Electric CAE22B5 is an Easy TeSys control relay with 2NO+2NC contact composition and a 24 V AC coil, rated 10 A conventional thermal current (Ith) at up to 690 V. It switches AC-14/AC-15 electromagnetic loads for pilot-circuit control, rated for standard operating rates up to 180 cycles/min, with screw clamp terminals for DIN rail or panel mounting.

Selection Notes

The 2NO+2NC contact set gives an equal number of make and break signals, useful for interlocking circuits that must mirror a command and its complement. This Easy TeSys range is certified CE, CCC, EAC and BIS but carries no UL or CSA listing, so it fits IEC-standard markets; panels that need UL 508 traceability for North America should use the TeSys K (CA2K) or TeSys Deca control relay instead. At 180 cycles/min maximum operating rate it suits standard-duty pilot switching rather than high-cycle automatic sequencing.
