The Schneider Electric VZN06 is an add-on auxiliary contact module for TeSys Mini-VARIO switch-disconnectors, fitting on one side of a VN12 or VN20 switch body. It carries a single early-break NC contact rated AC-15 to 690 V and DC-01 to 250 V, for a fault or pre-opening warning signal.

The early-break timing opens the VZN06 contact before the main poles start to separate, giving a controller advance warning that the switch is about to disconnect — useful for ramping down a drive before the supply is interrupted. For a late-make NO confirmation contact instead, use the VZN05 on the same VN12/VN20 body.
