The Schneider Electric LV481001 Vigirex RHUs is a front-panel-mounting residual current protection relay rated 220/240 V AC, with earth-leakage sensitivity adjustable from 30 mA to 30 A and a 0 to 4.5 s time delay. It is a type A relay that trips the associated circuit breaker via a compatible toroid when the set threshold is exceeded, and can also drive a separate pre-alarm.

The RHUs is the non-communicating version of the Vigirex RHU family: choose it for a standalone panel where Modbus reporting is not needed, and step up to the RHU when SCADA or BMS integration via Modbus is required. Its type A protection class covers both AC and pulsating DC residual currents, and the field-adjustable 30 mA to 30 A sensitivity lets one relay cover applications from personnel protection (30 mA) up to fire and equipment protection (up to 30 A). The manual reset after a fault forces a deliberate acknowledgement before the protected circuit is re-energised.
