- Description
The Siemens 6SL5510-1BB10-2AA0 is a SINAMICS S200 PTI servo drive for a 0.2 kW motor, taking 1/3 AC 200-240 V input at 45-66 Hz and delivering up to 5.1 A output current at 0-550 Hz. Housed in FSA frame (40 x 170 x 135 mm) at 0.81 kg, it uses pulse-train input (PTI) for direct step/direction positioning control.

Selection Notes
The pulse-train input (PTI) variant takes step/direction commands directly, useful when the upstream controller has no fieldbus motion interface. At 0.20 kW rated power and 5.1 A max output current, this is the smallest S200 frame (FSA) in the range - move to a larger frame if the connected motor draws more than 5.1 A. The 200-240 V single/three-phase input (2.0 A single-phase vs 1.0 A three-phase) lets it run from either supply; size the branch circuit to the single-phase figure.
Applications
Fits small single-axis positioning tasks driven by step/direction commands - pick-and-place heads, small indexing tables, and retrofits of stepper-motor axes to a servo-grade SINAMICS S200 drive.
