The Siemens 6SL4113-0CA23-0AF0 is a SINAMICS G220 variable frequency drive rated 30.00 kW under the low-overload duty profile or 22.00 kW under the high-overload profile, for 380...415V / 440...500V (-20/+10 %) three-phase supplies at 50/60 Hz (47...63 Hz). Built in frame size FSD2 (460 x 200 x 245 mm) with IP20 / UL open type protection, it includes an integrated braking chopper, SIL3 safety functions, and PROFINET/Modbus TCP communication.

Choose the low-overload (LO) 30 kW rating for variable-torque loads such as pumps and fans that only need 150% overload for 3 s and 110% for the remaining 57 s of the 300 s cycle. Pick the 22 kW high-overload (HO) rating instead for constant-torque loads such as conveyors or mixers, since HO trades continuous power for a deeper 200%/3 s and 150%/57 s overload margin. Frame FSD2 is larger than the FSD1 frame used at lower power steps, so confirm the 460 x 200 x 245 mm envelope fits the panel before ordering.
