The Siemens 6SL3210-1PB21-4UL0 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM240-2 in FSC frame, rated 3.00kW low overload / 2.20kW high overload at 200-240V 1/3AC input, with an integrated braking chopper. Output current reaches 20.80A max at a 4kHz pulse frequency, unfiltered and rated IP20 without Control Unit or operating unit.

This FSC-frame PM240-2 covers the 3.00kW (LO) / 2.20kW (HO) power point, larger than the FSB frame's 1.1kW / 0.75kW rating, with a 13.60A rated LO current and a 20.80A maximum output current for loads with occasional overload peaks. The built-in braking chopper lets a braking resistor connect directly without a separate module, and because the module is unfiltered, an external EMC filter is needed where conducted-emission limits apply. The same FSC frame also houses a 4kW PM240-2 variant one step further up the power range.

Applications

Used as the power stage of a SINAMICS G120 modular drive together with a matching Control Unit for pumps, fans, and conveyor motors on a 200-240V supply. Requires Control Unit firmware V4.6 or later; rated for -10 to 40C at low overload and -10 to 50C at high overload.
