The Siemens 6GT2600-4AH00 MDS D426 is a disk-shaped transponder for SIMATIC RF200, RF300, and MOBY D readers, communicating over ISO 15693 at 13.56 MHz. Its 50 mm diameter, 3.6 mm-high PA6.6 GF disk holds 2000 bytes in a Fujitsu MB89R118 FRAM chip and is M4-screw mounted with a recommended 25 mm standoff from metal. Unlike the screw-in tags in this range, which mount flush against metal at 0 mm clearance, the D426 disk needs a 25 mm standoff from metal, so specify it only where the mounting support and spacer accessory can be fitted between the tag and the fixture. Its 50 mm diameter gives more antenna area than the smaller screw-in variants, which is the trade-off for accepting the standoff requirement.
