Selection Notes
The XVUC29 replaces up to six single-colour XVU LED units with one position on the stack, which saves tower height and wiring on machines that need to cycle through several status colours (for example amber-blinking for a warm-up state, then steady green for run). Its four signalling types — steady, rotating, flashing and blinking — are set at installation and controlled by the supply wiring rather than a separate protocol, so confirm the machine's control logic can drive the correct input combination for the colour and pattern needed at each state before specifying it over a set of single-colour units.
Applications
This multi-colour unit suits machines with more status states than the three or four colours a standard stack can hold — automotive assembly, packaging machinery and machine tools that need distinct indications for run, warning, fault, maintenance and setup without adding tower height.
