The Schneider Electric XALK188E is a complete Harmony XALK control station for emergency stop and emergency switching off, built around an unmarked 40 mm red mushroom-head push button with key release (key number 455), wired 1NO + 1NC. The yellow-lidded polycarbonate housing is rated IP66/IP67/IP69/IP69K for washdown-exposed emergency stop points.

Selection Notes

The added 1NO contact lets this key-release station feed a status signal back to a controller while the 1NC breaks the safety circuit, the same logic that separates the turn-to-release XALK178E from the base XALK178. Where only a safety 1NC is needed with key release, the XALK188 covers it.
