Schneider Electric TM3AQ4 Modicon TM3 4 Analog Outputs Expansion Module PLC I/O Module

The Schneider Electric TM3AQ4 is a Modicon TM3 expansion module adding 4 analog outputs (12-bit, or 11-bit plus sign) in current (0/4...20 mA) or voltage (0...10 V, -10...10 V) ranges to Modicon M221, M241, M251 and M262 logic controllers. Powered from the controller bus or an external 24 V DC supply drawing up to 125 mA, it drives multiple variable speed drive speed references or current/voltage-input actuators from one TM3 slot.

Selection Notes

Choose the TM3AQ4 over the 2-channel output module when the machine needs to drive more analog setpoints from one TM3 slot — it doubles the output count to 4 while keeping the same 12-bit (11-bit + sign) resolution, at a higher current draw of up to 125 mA at 24 V DC. Pair it with a TM3 analog input module when the application also needs to read process feedback on a separate expansion slot.
