Schneider Electric NTSAMI0420K Modicon Edge I/O NTS Analog Input Module with Base Remote I/O Module

The Schneider Electric NTSAMI0420K is a Modicon Edge I/O NTS analog input kit with the NTSAMI0420 module pre-mounted on its base. It reads 4 differential current or voltage inputs over a 2-wire connection, isolating each channel from field power at 1000 V AC for noise rejection in electrically noisy cabinets. It operates from -20 to 60 degrees Celsius at IP20 and shares 24 V DC bus and field power with the Modicon M262 or M580 head station.

Selection Notes

Choose the NTSAMI0420K over the single-ended 4-channel kit when the field signal source is not referenced to the same ground as the controller, or when 1000 V channel-to-field isolation is needed to keep noise off the measurement; the differential wiring halves the usable channel pairing compared with the single-ended module at the same physical size. Where ground-referenced signals are already clean, the single-ended 4-channel kit in the same family is the simpler and more common choice.
