- Description
The Schneider Electric LUCL32FU is a TeSys U magnetic control unit for LUB32 or LUB38 power bases, covering 3-phase motors up to 15 kW at 400 V. The dial-adjustable short-circuit setting spans 8 to 32 A, tripping at 14.2 x Ir, and the control circuit runs on a wide 110-240 V AC or 110-220 V DC supply.

Selection Notes
At 8-32 A this is the highest current LUCL unit built on the LUB32/LUB38 base pair, suited to the largest motors those bases support; the 38BL variant below extends further but only on LUB38. The universal 110-240 V AC / 110-220 V DC control input removes the need to match coil voltage to local control supply, which simplifies spares stocking across sites with mixed control voltages. Short-circuit protection only — the connected drive or soft starter must provide thermal overload coverage.
