Selection Notes
The 12 A rating sets the motor size this power base can reverse; pick a LUC control unit from LUC.05ES, LUC.12ES, LUC.1XES, LUC.X6ES to match the thermal/electronic protection class needed, since the power base alone has no overload protection of its own. The 48-72 V AC/DC reverser module must match the control transformer already feeding the panel — the power contacts, rotary handle and mounting are identical across every control-voltage variant of this base, only the coil input changes. The padlockable rotary handle gives a lockout-tagout isolation point that a plain contactor pair wired for reversing does not provide.
