The HMIET6600 is a Schneider Electric Easy Harmony ET6 touch panel: a 12.1-inch wide-screen HMI with 1,280 x 800 pixel resolution and 16 million colors. It is a single-touch analog resistive panel with an Ethernet port, an 800 MHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor, 256 MB of device memory, and 24 V DC supply.

Selection Notes

The 1,280 x 800 WXGA screen and Ethernet port set the HMIET6600 apart from the smaller ET6 panels: pick it where the application needs multi-screen navigation, a larger data table, or a network connection to a PLC or SCADA host rather than a single serial link. The COM1/COM2 serial ports remain for drives, meters, or legacy controllers that still use RS232C or RS422/RS485. Where the project only needs a compact status panel without Ethernet, the smaller 7-inch ET6 panel covers it at lower cost and depth. Vijeo Designer Basic screens are portable across the ET6 range, so a project built for the 7-inch panel scales up to this 12-inch unit without re-authoring.
