The Schneider Electric G80H4E630 is a 4-pole GoPact MCCB800H moulded case circuit breaker rated 630 A (In) at 415 V AC (Ue), with 70 kA breaking capacity (Icu) at 380/415 V AC. It carries an electronic ETU trip unit (functions LSI) with adjustable long-time, short-time and instantaneous protection stages, and mounts fixed with front screw-terminal connections for distribution circuits in panels and switchboards.

Selection Notes

The ETU trip unit adds an adjustable short-time stage (Isd, 236-6300 A (1.5-10 x Ir, adjustable)) on top of the long-time (Ir, 157.5-630 A) and instantaneous (Ii, 945-6300 A (1.5-10 x In, adjustable)) stages, so this 630 A breaker can be set for time-graded selectivity with downstream MCCBs instead of relying on current-magnitude discrimination alone. At 70 kA Icu / 70 kA Ics at 380/415 V AC, it is suited to main-incomer or large-feeder duty ahead of lower-rated distribution breakers; the fixed-ratio TM-D version in the same 800 A frame is the simpler, lower-cost choice where that adjustable short-time stage is not needed.
